Position Summary:
Assist the Capacity Development Manager in developing the Program Content and Policies and translating them into an education and development model that is relevant to the business and of benefit to DeltaAfrik and the Oil & Gas industry

Collaborate with senior engineers to develop guiding principles, strategies and plans based on relevance to business and available resources
Interface with Engineers, Students and School representatives to ensure that the Program is effective in the various locations, paying visits and communicating regularly for feedback
Coordinate the delivery of workshops in the schools in collaboration with senior engineers and
other resource persons

Manage all aspects of administration, communication, tracking, reporting and evaluation
Manage the budget to achieve prudent resource allocation, implementation and efficiency and develop administrative framework to support the Program
Create a system to track students academic progress and provide support via phone, e-mail or in person

Establish relationships with the student chapters of NSE to create awareness of ENP Program
Coordinate the recruitment/admission of participants for internship opportunity
Conduct research, collect data and prepare detailed monthly and annual reports to CDM to support timeliness, accuracy and quality of Program initiatives

Requirements
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree required. (Engineering,Business or Social Science preferred); Experience in program development and project management; experience with database management, recording and tracking of data; ability and willingness to travel (across 6 geographical zones - NW, NE, N. Central, SW, SE, South-South); Oral/Written presentation skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Extensive computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access);
Preferred Requirements: At least 5 years experience in a program development and coordination position. Experience tracking program deliverables that reflect a project's performance; Familiarity with the structure of undergraduate and graduate programs, sponsored research projects specifically with engineering disciplines; Familiarity with the higher education environment; Experience/aptitude in technical/report writing; Experience in similar service-related activities.
